Beef and Cheese Samosa

I'm into cooking lately, I almost think myself as a super chef.. hehehe, I left the kitchen with a mess of course. the day before I made beef samosa. It's quite good for me actually, I chop vegetable and beef, fry it with mashed pepper, onion and garlic and wrap it with samosa skin. and deep fry it with vegetable oil.

I already I eat those beef samosa, but fortunately I did manage to take picture of cheese filling version. Its cheese and creamy inside but crispy outside. 

Well I guess I can cook, but maybe not that good, that's just my imagination. hehehhe... but the reaction from my family is good. Hopefully I can do it better...
